As part of a contract to provide Business Transformation consultancy, coaching and support, the GAPRO team have helped a blue chip high technology equipment provider to develop, recruit and establish a new team and ways of working in order to improve focus on cost throughout the business. As part of a contract to provide Programme Delivery Improvement Leadership Services the GAPRO team have successfully assisted a European power plant equipment manufacturer deliver their largest single power plant into a developing country in the Far East in their shortest ever timescale.
Working with a truly global cross functional team drawn from four countries the GAPRO team were able to facilitate new ways of working, recognized by the Client Chief Executive Officer as a rather special “High Performance Team Culture”.
